icf you want to remove the Help menu from the Joomla admin menu then do the following:
Open Administrator -> Modules->mod_fullmenu.php
on line 305 find
Code:
// Help Sub-Menu ?> [null,'','index2.php option=com_admin&task=help',null,null]
];

and replace with
Code:
// Help Sub-Menu
?>
];
